Season 4 Premiere Date Announced
How to Get Away With Murder is kicking off its fourth season on Thursday, September 28, 2017, @ 10/9c on ABC! Its lead in will be the fourteenth season premiere of veteran drama Grey's Anatomy. Scandal's seventh and final season will premiere a week later, meaning the whole #TGIT line-up will appear on ABC's schedule on November 5.

How to Get Away With Murder Returning to ABC this Fall
Some rumors were circulating which suggested that How to Get Away With Murder be held for mid-season for its fourth season run.
Today's upfront presentation of ABC dispelled these doubts: The show will return to ABC this fall in its regular time slot on Thursdays @ 10/9c, alongside the #TGIT line-up, starting with the fourteenth season of Grey's Anatomy @ 8/7c and the seventh and final season of Scandal @ 9/8c.
Nonetheless, an exact return date has yet to be announced.

How to Get Away With Murder wrapped the first nine-episode run of its third season a few days ago. However, the show returns sooner than last year.
It returns, together with Grey's Anatomy and Scandal, on Thursday, January 26, 2016, @ 10/9c on ABC. It's going to have an uninterrupted six-episode run, thus concluding its third season on February 23, 2017 with a two-hour season finale. Although there has no official announcement been made yet. The Catch will likely take over its timeslot again. At this time, there's no news on a fourth season.

American actress Lauren Vélez (Dexter, OZ, Ugly Betty) is joining How to Get Away With Murder's third season for a major recurring arc. She will play the President of Middleton University, the institution employing Annalise Keating (Viola Davis). It is unknown for now when exactly the character will make its screen debut.

Wilson Bethel, Adam Arkin, and Roxanne Hart to Recur
Actors Wilson Bethel (Hart of Dixie, The Astronaut Wives Club), Adam Arkin (Chicago Hope, Sons of Anarchy), and Roxanne Hart (Hung) are all set to join How to Get Away With Murder as recurring characters when it resumes its sophomore season on February 11, 2016.
Bethel has landed the role of Charles Mahoney, the Ivy League-educated son of Arkin’s Wallace (a Warren Buffet type who’s quiet and observant, but knows how to command a room when he chooses) and Hart’s Sylvia (a tough yet distinguished and smart socialite).

How to Get Away With Murder wrapped the first nine-episode run of its sophomore season about two weeks ago. The question is when the show will return to our screens.
The show returns - alongside the rest of the #TGIT lineup - on Thursday, February 11, 2016, @ 10/9c on ABC. It's going to have an uninterrupted six-episode run, concluding its second season on March 17, 2016 with a one-hour season finale (last year, the show concluded its rookie season with a two-hour season finale). The Catch will then take over its timeslot. At this time, there's no news on a third season.
